Exercise 01 – Lumbar stretch and bend
Exercise 02 – The backward stretch
Exercise 03 – Spinal arch and stretch
Exercise 04 – Top trunk twist
Exercise 05 – Criss cross
Exercise 06 – Lumbar curl
Exercise 07 – Spinal twist
Exercise 08 – Standing twist
Exercise 09 – Neck exercise
Exercise 10 – Triangle stretch
These exercises should be performed slowly and purposely, but not beyond your limits. Start with the frequency suggested in each video and then increase when you feel ready. If any of the exercises hurt then you should stop. Consult your Osteopath for specific help and instructions.
